Dr. Romila Chitturi, is Founder and Editor in Chief (The EIC Madam/and Chief) of Unicorn since 2020. She has a PhD in Business Management, Post Graduate degrees in Business Administration, Public Relations and Digital Marketing, Diploma in HR and she graduated in Journalism and English Literature, followed by courses in Instagram marketing, film writing and creative writing from Ruskin Bond. She is also is an artist, writer, author, blogger, poetess, columnist, short film producer, masterclass teacher, guest speaker, a brand consultant and a wanna be professor. She has authored 22 books and out of which few of them have won literary awards. She was bestowed with the “I00 Indians Under 40 award” by Fox Story in 2022. She is recipient of more than 30 awards in her career of 27 years ( she started working at the age of 13). She reads a lot of thrillers, loves her strong coffee, prefers the colour pink, finds solace in Ghazals, has a penchant for Urdu literature. Politics and theology are her favourite subjects of discussion apart from World History. She is unabashedly bold and unapologetic about her sense of humour, working methods, opinions and interests. She is Delhi born, raised and educated. She worked in Ahmedabad and Mumbai and lives in Hyderabad.
Ms. Smriti Malhotra is from Delhi. She works at the Embassy of the Republic of Congo by profession and she is Creative Director at Unicorn. She started writing while at school and now it’s been almost two decades. She is associated with poetry communities on Instagram as a Judge and content writer. She made blogging her cup of coffee last year and her journey of blogging has been amazing till today. Her blogs are published at Youthkiawaaz and Womensweb. She’s an independent author, compiler and co-author. She doesn’t love to remain stagnant and therefore she desires to learn something new every day that could make her more versatile. Creativity flows into her blood and she is always ready to take up new challenges. She is aspiring to make a big name in the literary world. For her, the journey has just started and she still needs to go a long way.
